Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to popular questions that have been asked

Q. Is the Diploma Programme full-time or part-time?

The Early Childhood Diploma (3–6) is currently offered as a full-time programme. During the Academic Phase (September to December), candidates are required to be physically present at the Centre from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

  • Note: From January 2027, an Extended Track option is planned for candidates requiring a flexible schedule. Please contact admissions for updates.

To ensure a complete application, you must submit:

  • A completed Application Form.
  • A 1,000-word Statement of Motivation outlining your reasons for pursuing this vocation.
  • Two letters of recommendation.
  • A Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  • An official university transcript (or equivalent academic record).
Transparency is important to us. The financial commitment includes:
  1. Application Fee: Paid upon submission of your form.
  2. Programme Fee: Covers tuition and core training.
  3. MACTE Fee: A separate, one-time fee paid during training for your registration with the international accrediting body.
  4. Examination Fee: Paid prior to the final examinations in July.

As this is a Post-Graduate Diploma, applicants are required to hold a university degree or its equivalent (including HND or NCE). Beyond academic qualifications, we look for intellectual readiness, professional discipline, and a genuine interest in child development.

Because of the full-time schedule (Mon–Thu, 8am–2pm) and the rigorous requirements for album preparation, it is difficult to maintain standard employment during the Academic Phase. Applicants must demonstrate the capacity to commit fully to the programme.

No. The programme is delivered fully in-person. Montessori teacher education is hands-on and requires direct, sustained engagement with the materials and the prepared environment.
